The role requires overseeingMove-ins, renewals, and revenue targets, managing resident communications, and coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Renew lease offers prior to expiration.
• Prepare and post 10-day notices and late fee letters.
• Oversee move-in/out paperwork and closeout, and submit to regional management.
• Enter and close work orders; maintain timely updates.
