Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the apartment community and implement policies.
• Renew leases and manage notices for non-payment.
• Oversee move-in/out processes and ensure timely paperwork.
• Maintain occupancy targets and resident relations.
• Prepare weekly activity summaries and financial reporting.
• Oversee marketing activities and open houses.
• Direct a minimum of two full-time team members.
