Job summary

Freeman Webb Company is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple residential communities within the region. The role emphasizes safety, budgeting, financial reporting, marketing, and human resources across properties to optimize performance as a real estate asset.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience as described: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• IREM certification highly desirable.
• Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws concerning multi-family housing, Fair Housing, and employee safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect (personally) each building at least once each week and maintain daily records of inspections.
• Coordinate safety programs; conduct monthly safety meetings with staff.
• Enforce Fair Housing notices and disclosure requirements per regulations.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Supervise on-site personnel; coach and mentor staff toward community goals.
• Oversee accounting procedures, budgeting, and vendor management.
