Freeman Webb Company seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities. You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, ensure safety, and coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident services to optimize property performance.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent with 2–3 years related experience; IREM certification is desirable. Strong leadership and a focus on Fair Housing compliance are essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of communities; supervise staff and contractors.
• Coordinate HR activities: hiring, training, performance reviews, and safety.
• Direct marketing, leasing, and resident relations to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, budgets, and reporting; manage risk and safety programs.
• Attend to accounting procedures: invoicing, deposits, and expense control.
