Responsibilities include supervising on-site staff, inspections, and reporting to the Regional Property Manager, with a focus on performance, financial health, and customer service.

• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Ability to create and manage budgets and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily property operations and staff for assigned communities.
• Ensure safety programs, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain occupancy and leasing processes; coordinate marketing efforts.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and review financial reports.
• Collaborate with Regional Property Manager and HR for staffing and policy updates.
