Peak Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to join our team. Under the Community Manager, you will assist in all aspects of community operations, including leasing, customer service, and daily administrative tasks at our Idaho properties.

The role emphasizes supervision support, rent collection, and budget monitoring, with opportunities to contribute to retention programs and occupancy goals. This full-time position offers benefits and growth within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• At least three years of onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar.
• CAM or ARM certification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Supports and participates in fulfilling the customer service and leasing.
• Assists and/or supports leasing and marketing efforts.
• Assists in preparing all paperwork specific to new and renewal leases.
• Recommends rental rate adjustments or concessions to the Community Manager.
• Reviews resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid or late fees owed; communicates with residents and enforces the lease.
• Assists in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Assists in organizing daily work and community operations.
• Collects, posts, and deposits rents, security deposits, and other community income.
• Supports budgeting and management of occupancy and collections.
