Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates and managing collections and reporting.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communication and payments.
• Control expenditures within budget and oversee maintenance of petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, notices, and move-outs.
• Conduct market analysis to guide short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely response to service requests and maintenance issues.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
