Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager for a Garden-style community in Orlando, FL. The role oversees daily operations, budgets, leasing, and staff while aligning with company policies and applicable laws.

You will manage budgets, revenue targets, vendor contracts, maintenance, and owner relations, while ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance. This is a full-time onsite role offering robust benefits.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• :4-6 years minimum property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently or as a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and input budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and reviewing financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications ensuring documentation.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to achieve occupancy/revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and coordinating maintenance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and appearance.
• Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Assist in managing owner relationships with updates and tours.
