Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Greer, SC is hiring a Property Manager for a 264-unit Garden community. You will lead onsite staff, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with housing laws.

You will supervise maintenance and leasing operations, analyze financials, oversee vendor relations, and promote resident satisfaction. 4–6 years’ experience preferred; Monday–Friday schedule; bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and market information to assist budget development.
• Set rent rates, collect rent, post payments, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and coordinate between vendors, accounting, and clients/owners.
