Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Yardi preferred).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to the team and ensure proper training.
• Manage operations to achieve expense and income targets in line with budgets.
• Schedule the team, contractors, and vendors for turnover, maintenance, and upkeep.
• Oversee rent postings, deposits, and collections.
• Supervise leasing operations to ensure applications and paperwork comply with policies.
• Uphold fair housing, equal employment, and diversity policies.
