Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and property management software (Yardi).
• Excellent organizational skills with high accuracy.
• Strong customer service orientation and oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for leasing tasks and staff training.
• Manage community to meet expense and income targets based on budgets.
• Communicate effectively with residents and resolve issues.
• Schedule and manage team, contractors, and vendors for turnover and maintenance.
• Oversee collections, rent postings, and deposits.
• Ensure leasing operations are accurate and compliant with policy.
• Uphold Fair Housing laws and staff training on related regulations.
