Qualifications

• Proficient Yardi knowledge and skills.
• Experience in multifamily/property management industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff at the community.
• Maintain customer service standards; resolve resident problems.
• Direct leasing efforts including marketing plans and renewals.
• Train and develop community team members.
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly financial, leasing, and bond reporting.
• Prepare community correspondence for Community Manager signature.
