Job summary

TriBridge Residential in Charleston, SC is seeking a Community Manager for Cooper River Farms. You will drive leasing strategy, financial planning, and operations to deliver high-quality resident experiences at the property.

The role requires leadership of the leasing team, budget adherence, vendor coordination, and a strong focus on customer service and compliance with Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (minimum three years of multifamily property management experience is typical).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and property management software (Yardi).
• Excellent organizational skills with high accuracy and productivity.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to read and interpret leases and operating documents.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to the team and train associates.
• Manage operations to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
• Communicate effectively with residents and resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule and oversee the team, contractors, and vendors for turnover, maintenance and upkeep.
• Oversee rent postings, collections, and deposits to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Supervise leasing operations to ensure applications and paperwork comply with policies.
• Ensure staff training on federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws.
