BRG Realty Group is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in the BRG portfolio. You will lead leasing and maintenance efforts, ensure high occupancy, supervise staff, and maintain resident relations in compliance with fair housing laws.

Responsibilities include rent collection, budget assistance, vendor coordination, move-in readiness inspections, and on-site marketing to optimize pricing and availability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
