Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Corpus Christi, TX to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and finances while ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and resident relations experience, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and creating community value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of housing industry experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Experience with on-site property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and financial reporting.
• Lead leasing, maintenance, risk management, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Manage resident relations and respond to complaints timely.
• Plan marketing and resident retention activities.
• Coordinate emergency response and safety procedures.
