Job summary

The NRP Group LLC in Evansville, IN is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, maximize occupancy and NOI, and lead a on-site property team. Under the direction of the Regional Property Manager, you will manage finances, leasing, customer service, and staff development while preserving assets.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, revenue optimization, timely rent collection, and compliance with housing regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and occupancy standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and achieve NOI targets.
• Maximize revenue and manage rent collections and delinquencies.
• Monitor Yardi data, leasing activities, and financial statements.
• Develop cost-saving strategies and annual operating budget.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and on-site sales efforts.
• Recruit, train, and mentor property team members.
