Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an on-site Community Manager to lead a property team, drive leasing and marketing efforts, and manage budgeting and operations. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure policy adherence, and monitor financial performance to hit targets.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, evaluating performance, and maintaining excellent tenant relations while coordinating with vendors and owners to sustain property value and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in multifamily or similar setting.
• Experience in property management is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate team members; hire, orient, and train new staff.
• Meet revenue targets with marketing and leasing initiatives.
• Forecast budgets, manage financial records, and invoice processes.
• Analyze market trends and adjust property strategy accordingly.
• Oversee property safety, maintenance, and vendor relations.
