Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead the on-site team at a multi-family property. You will oversee daily operations, ensure budgeted financial and occupancy goals are met, and maintain property standards in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

You will hire, coach, and evaluate staff; drive leasing and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets; manage vendor relations, safety, and property appearance, and communicate with owners about

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years supervising and managing teams in multi-family properties.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the on-site team to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Drive leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis; manage financial records and invoicing.
• Oversee property maintenance, safety, vendor management, and compliance.
