Sares Regis Group in Issaquah is seeking a Community Manager for Lakemont Orchard (201 units). You will lead a property team, oversee daily operations, collect rents, implement delinquency procedures, and ensure policy compliance.

The role emphasizes budgeting, reporting, and market analysis to maximize occupancy and income. The position includes competitive compensation with benefits, and regular hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience as a Community Manager for 200+ units.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills; leadership ability.
• Strong sales skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information and write reports.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word and general internet software.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop a competent property team.
• Manage daily operations and optimize income opportunities.
• Collect rents and enforce delinquent procedures; ensure insurance compliance; uphold screening criteria and retention efforts; produce timely reports.
• Review monthly performance, generate variance analyses and assist budgets/forecasts.
• Identify market challenges and craft effective marketing plans.
• Bid and supervise recurring contractor work; verify insurance and lien waivers; monitor quality and timeliness.
• Ensure OSHA and safety procedures; conduct safety meetings and maintain MSDS information.
• Coordinate with maintenance on repairs/capital projects; maintain curb appeal per standards.
• Read and implement company handbooks, policies and procedures.
