Sares Regis Group seeks an experienced Community Manager for a 369-unit property in Bothell, WA. You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, and maximize income while ensuring quality service for residents.

Responsibilities include rent collection, budgeting, marketing plans, vendor oversight, and safety compliance. 2+ years managing 100+ units and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills and leadership/supervisory skills.
• Must have 2+ years as a Community Manager of 100+ units.
• Must have excellent sales skills.
• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret business information and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop a competent team.
• Manage daily operations and optimize income through rent management.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquent procedures; ensure insurance compliance and policy adherence.
• Prepare monthly variance reports and participate in budgeting/forecasting.
• Develop marketing plans and monitor market conditions to stay competitive.
• Oversee vendor contracts; ensure quality, timeliness and insurance compliance.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure MSDS information is up to date.
• Identify repairs or capital projects with maintenance to preserve curb appeal.
