Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager II to lead one of our manufactured home communities and make our mission of caring, attainable living a daily reality. You will manage a team, drive resident satisfaction, occupancy, and sales while upholding Havenpark’s standards financially, physically, and culturally.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Manufactured housing experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Lead a community team and drive resident satisfaction, occupancy, NOI, and sales.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including Fair Housing Standards.
• Oversee resident ledgers, billing, and timely work-order resolution.
