Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Pass Tax Credit Certification within the first year of employment.
• Minimum two to five years in a similar role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with Yardi and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and maintain resident files and Yardi data.
• Manage marketing and vacancies and advertising per plan.
• Balance petty cash and post payments in Yardi; prepare monthly reports.
• Supervise 1–2 on-site staff and coordinate with departments.
• Respond to resident complaints promptly and professionally.
• Design and manage resident programs and maintain positive community relations.
