Job summary

National Community Renaissance is seeking a Community Manager I to oversee administration, compliance and maintenance at Orchid Suites Martel in Hollywood, CA. The role coordinates with on-site staff to maintain occupancy and partners with Hope Through Housing to deliver resident programs.

The position requires strong English communication, 2+ years in customer service, and supervisory experience, with familiarity in Yardi and MS Office. Day shift, full-time, $25.00–$27.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• 2-5 years leading similar responsibilities.
• Must pass Tax Credit Certification within first year.
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service environment.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Financial management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead property administration, compliance and maintenance to maintain occupancy.
• Partner with Hope Through Housing to deliver resident programs.
• Represent NCR and build relationships in the community.
• Market vacancies in line with the marketing plan.
• Process notices and recertifications per policy.
• Oversee on-site staff and coordinate with departments.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage receivables.
