Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Manager I to oversee the daily operations of a community association in League City, TX. You will interact with homeowners, vendors, board members, and staff, ensuring adherence to the management agreement and policies.

You will review financial reports, participate in capital expenditure planning, and coordinate with the Board and committees on initiatives that maintain community appearance and operations.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0–3 years of community association experience preferred or required as applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise operation and administration of the Association per management agreement and policies.
  • Liaise with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
  • Perform administrative and management duties as directed by the Board.
  • Utilize management tools like annual calendar, action item list, and budget to support operations.
  • Review monthly financial reports and present management summaries to the Board.
  • Provide recommendations to the Board on major capital expenditures when required.
  • Monitor delinquency rates and oversee collections processes for the portfolio.
  • Attend Board meetings and community events as needed.
