Job summary

Associa’s Community Manager will be onsite overseeing office, admin, and maintenance projects including capital improvements. This role acts as the liaison among homeowners, Board of Directors, committee members, management staff, and vendors.

The position emphasizes proactive communication, budgeting oversight, and coordination of multiple projects while ensuring policy compliance and community standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of community association experience.
• Willingness to obtain CMCA, AMS, or PCAM (company paid).
• Customer service driven and team oriented.
• Proactive communication and problem-solving to improve processes and reduce expenses.
• Ability to interpret financials and prepare budgets (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, reserves).
• Effective project management and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement Board policy within management agreement scope and support strategic initiatives.
• Walk the community to ensure maintenance and compliance with regulations.
• Issue violation notices and follow up for corrections.
• Greet homeowners, Board members, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email; update data in the database.
