Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Full-Time Community Manager for Marion Court in Bremerton, WA. The role oversees staff, ensures compliance with housing programs, and delivers excellent resident service.

Schedule is 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Compensation is 24.00–26.00 USD per hour, with housing and bonus potential. On-site housing provided and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of budget development/maintenance experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of property budgets and financial accounting.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Effective written and verbal communication; timely responses.
• Ability to complete training and attend sessions by deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian professionally at all times.
• Coordinate property operations to meet goals and policies.
• Supervise staff and vendors; ensure resident satisfaction.
• Prepare and review budgets with Portfolio Manager.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances.
• Coordinate revenues and accounts receivable per lease.
• Lead site staff meetings and maintain safety records.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and laws.
