Responsibilities

• Ensuring the center is a welcoming, hospitable, and clean environment
• Providing extraordinary customer service, solving problems quickly and efficiently
• Assisting in the planning and execution of member events
• Providing information to potential members and tours of the center
• Ensuring members are informed, invited, and welcomed
• Thinking proactively about future events and services
• Supplying timely information and helpful assistance to members and guests
• Giving the world's greatest tour to prospective members, closing deals
• Selling FUSE products such as private offices, coworking, dedicated desks, and event space
• Providing content for company social media posts
• Establishing/developing relationships with local non-profit organizations
• Developing and deploying community outreach strategies and local marketing efforts
