My People Person in Keller, TX is seeking a Community Manager who connects with people, stays organized, and keeps the space welcoming. You’ll welcome members, give tours, coordinate events, and handle member requests with professionalism.

No real estate experience is required—just a personable, proactive attitude. You’ll use HubSpot to track tours, conversions, renewals, and occupancy while building relationships with local businesses to grow community value.

Formación

• 4+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, or teaching with strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communicator with warm, professional presence in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Organized multitasker capable of juggling tours, events, and member requests.
• Tech-friendly with HubSpot or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Leasing: Lease private office suites by generating leads, giving tours, and closing deals to achieve full occupancy.
• Build Relationships: Get to know members and local business owners, creating a warm, connected environment.
• Network in the Community: Attend local events, partner with business groups, promote the space through outreach and social media.
• Create Buzz: Plan and host engaging events that bring members together and keep the space vibrant.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure members have an exceptional experience from move-in to renewal, managing operations with care.
• Own the Numbers: Track tours, conversions, and renewals in HubSpot and stay on top of billing, reporting, and occupancy goals.
