Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience.
• Ability to travel via car or plane on average of 20% of the time.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• High School or GED (General Education Diploma) Required, some college preferred

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure company standards and compliance.
• Gathers, analyzes and interprets market trends and implements marketing and leasing strategies.
• Monitors budgets, renewal information, and financial data.
• Develops resident retention strategies and maintains timely communication with residents.
• Manages repairs, maintenance requests, and oversees preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinates budgets with Regional Manager and ensures vendor processing and approvals.
