The role involves leasing, resident relations, and coordinating maintenance while ensuring compliance and service quality. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and may bring supervisory experience in a customer service setting. A valid driver’s license is required if operating a vehicle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Leasing duties: show property, prepare lease packets, run credit reports, inspect properties.
• Participates in leasing while striving for quality residency.
• Handle accounting and posting duties for deposits and rent payments.
• Responds to telephone requests from residents and the public.
• Assists with payroll administrative aligning with Payroll Department.
• Track traffic through the property.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Work on resident retention through positive relationships.
