The successful candidate will manage budgeting, vendor relations, and compliance with Fair Housing laws, while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. Weekend work may be required; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior supervisory experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Oversees leasing to ensure quality residency.
• Oversees financial activities and banking duties.
• Hires and disciplines employees.
• Supervises security for residents.
• Prepares and reviews financial reports and invoices.
• Acts as liaison with outside contractors and coordinates building repairs.
• Attends corporate meetings and participates in annual budgeting.
