AIR Communities is hiring a Community Manager for Emory Point in Atlanta, GA. This onsite role leads leasing, maintenance and a small team, directing operations, sales, finances, and staff development to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The Community Manager drives revenue growth, manages budgets, and ensures adherence to company policies and legal standards while mentoring a diverse team and modeling world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and asset management.
• Leadership experience in property management or similar.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Manage property budget, drive revenue, and meet operational/financial goals.
• Oversee leasing and maintenance teams, drive revenue Growth, ensure compliance.
