Maxx Properties in Salt Lake City is seeking a Community Manager for Cobble Creek Apartments. You will oversee operations, leases, revenue, and resident services to drive engagement and value.

Lead a team, manage budgets, and coordinate marketing, maintenance, and compliance with Fair Housing laws to keep occupancy high. This is a full-time on-site role with strong earning potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience as a Community/Property Manager.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident, thoughtful decision-maker with strong leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees operational and financial performance of the property with budgets and reporting.
• Leads staff development, training, and accountability to ensure high service standards.
• Manages leasing, resident services, and marketing to maintain occupancy and compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Reviews performance data and implements strategies to improve efficiency and income.
