Job summary

29th Street Property Management in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Community Manager to supervise the day-to-day operations of a multifamily community. You will implement company policies, manage renewals, process applications, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.

Responsibilities include marketing, resident relations, weekly reporting, and coordinating with vendors and staff to maintain a high occupancy and quality service for residents.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, team members and supervisors.
• Ability to maintain courteous and professional relations with vendors and other service providers.
• Must be honest in time reporting; reliability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the apartment community.
• Renewal offers to residents prior to lease expirations.
• Create and post 10-day notices and small balance letters for non-payment of rent.
• Oversee finalized paperwork for Move Out Review and submit to Haven Residential.
• Ensure work orders are entered and closed out timely.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Fair Housing and applicable laws.
