Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building customer and community programs.
• 5 years in technology.
• Strong communication and welcoming presence.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, eng, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Create programs to help users adopt features and engage with peers.
• Foster customer-to-customer engagement across the community.
• Collect feedback to influence product direction with cross-functional partners.
• Scale self-service and peer support with moderators and members.
• Track adoption, satisfaction, and engagement with data.
