Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant to manage on-site operations for affordable housing communities. You will advertise vacancies, show units, negotiate leases, collect rents, and contribute to budgeting while maintaining property standards and safety compliance.

Candidates should have affordable housing experience, CAM/ARM/COS certification, 2+ years on-site leasing, Fair Housing certification, strong PC skills (Word/Excel/Outlook) and familiarity with property
