TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a Leasing Consultant to understand market rents, attract tenants, and handle lease negotiations on-site in Miami.

Responsibilities include collecting deposits, maintaining property conditions, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Prior Affordable Housing Experience.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• OSHA laws and regulations knowledge.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Minimum 2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant or 3 years supervisory experience in customer service with appropriate certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Survey local competition to understand market rents.
• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and obtaining referrals.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
• Forecast budgets and analyze variances; prepare annual budget.
• Maintain property by supervising repairs and contractor services.
