Community Manager

Location: Ankeny, IA

Salary: $57,000–$63,000 + quarterly bonus potential

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Work Arrangement: On-site

Experience: Leadership, operations, or business management experience required

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on, business‑minded Community Manager to oversee daily operations and business performance for a residential community.

This role is closer to running a small business than traditional property management. You’ll lead a small on‑site team and manage budgeting, collections, leasing and occupancy, vendor relationships, and the day‑to‑day resident experience.
