Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments.
• Resident certifying.

• Walking property to report needed improvements.
• Upsk maintaining the office and clubhouse.
• Rent collections.
• Processing invoices.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements.
• Upkeep the office and clubhouse
• Rent collections
• Processing invoices
• Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
