Job summary

Woda Cooper is seeking a Community Manager for Kensington Greene in Carrolltown, Ohio. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including resident relations, leasing, compliance, financial performance, and property operations, partnering with residents, vendors, and regional support.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, sales, and communication skills, along with experience in affordable housing programs and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in affordable housing programs preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments; process applications and deposits, verify income.
• Maintain curb appeal and welcoming environment.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency management.
• Prepare budgets and monitor monthly expenses.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours issues.
