Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee Lowcountry Crossing in Denmark, SC and Seaborn Greene in Bamberg, SC. You will manage resident relations, lease administration, and daily operations to ensure excellent service and community standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can handle budgets, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance while fostering a positive living environment for residents across two SC communities.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments: greet prospects, show units, take applications and deposits, verify income and credit.
• Maintain the community’s curb appeal and welcoming environment.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency control, and court proceedings as needed.
• Inspect properties daily and coordinate capital improvements with the Regional Manager.
• Ensure financial reporting and recordkeeping are accurate and timely.
• Develop and implement resident relations programs and coordinate resident events.
