Fairfield Homes, Inc. invites applications for a Property Manager at Pomeroy Cliffs & Oak View Manor. This full-time, on-site role requires at least one year of property management experience and a commitment to delivering excellent service to residents.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of property management experience.
• Affordable housing experience preferred (HUD LIHTC HOME).
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of leasing, resident relations and community operations.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi or RealPage).
• Sales and marketing skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage resident relations, including leasing, renewals and addressing concerns.
• Maintain a welcoming environment with strong curb appeal.
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents, prospects and guests.
• Help optimize the community’s performance by supporting occupancy, retention and financial goals.
