Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Oakview & Pomeroy at Pomeroy Cliffs. This full-time, on-site position supports residents by performing repairs and keeping common areas safe and appealing.

Require 1+ year of maintenance experience, basic plumbing/electrical knowledge, and strong customer service. Must lift up to 50 lbs and have reliable transport with a valid license. Competitive benefits included.

You are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience anda passion for delivering excellent customer service. Because you interact daily with residents, you take pride in creating a positive experience while maintaining the quality and safety of the community.You enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being a part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in their work.
