Job summary

Fairfield Homes, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, renewals and resident relations while maintaining a welcoming, well-managed community.

You will focus on delivering outstanding service to residents and guests and help achieve occupancy and financial goals. The ideal candidate has at least one year of property management experience, with a preference for affordable housing familiarity and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Property management experience required.
• Affordable housing experience preferred (HUD Section 8, LIHTC and/or HOME).
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills; multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of leasing, resident relations and community operations.
• Proficiency with computers, mobile devices and property management software (such as Yardi or RealPage).
• Sales and marketing skills a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations in a timely and professional manner
• Manage resident relations, including leasing, renewals and addressing concerns
• Maintain a welcoming environment with strong curb appeal
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents, prospects and guests
