Job summary

Twin Pines, Bronx Park Community, is hiring a Community Manager to oversee 468 units across 4 sites in the Bronx Park area. You will own financial and legal operations, including AP/AR and the eviction process, while ensuring proactive management aligned with ownership goals.

Bilingual in Spanish/English required. The role is on-site in New York City with a focus on occupancy performance, compliance, and resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Affordable, Project-based Section 8, or LIHTC multifamily housing preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP/AR and legal process for 468 units across 4 sites.
• Manage delinquency-to-eviction process with tracking of timelines and documents.
• Coordinate with Area Director, property counsel, and the courts on eviction status and filings.
• Provide regular updates to ownership and align operations with the business plan.
