Job summary

Twin Pines Management is seeking a proactive Resident Services Coordinator to support daily operations across a multifamily portfolio. The role emphasizes client relationship management, budgeting, and performance reporting to ensure high service levels.

This on-site position focuses on coordinating between onsite teams and centralized operations, with a strong emphasis on compliance, risk management, and delivering exceptional resident experiences across our New York City communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Affordable, Project-based Section 8, or LIHTC multifamily housing preferred; leasing, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring open communication on property performance, condition, issues and updates.
• Collaborate with operations to prepare budgets, reports, and weekly summaries.
• Translate client directives into actionable tasks for onsite and central teams; monitor execution.
• Conduct regular site walks to ensure assets are well-maintained and compliant.
• Provide timely updates to clients with clear resolution paths and status reports.
