Job summary

Goldenrod Companies is seeking an experienced Community Manager to launch and lead the resident experience for a premier mixed-use development in downtown Atlanta. You’ll be the on-site face supporting pre-opening, occupancy, and lease-up while coordinating luxury residential, retail, hospitality, and community spaces.

The role requires a hospitality mindset, strong relationship skills, and the ability to build and lead a small on-site team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing luxury high-rise, Class A multifamily, or mixed-use communities.
• Strong new construction lease-up and stabilization experience.
• Hospitality/concierge mindset with a passion for exceptional service.
• Experience leading leasing, concierge, or resident services teams.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare the development for opening, occupancy, and lease-up.
• Create an exceptional, hospitality-driven resident and tenant experience.

Community Manager – Mixed-Use Development

Goldenrod Companies is looking for an experienced Community Manager to help launch and lead the community experience for a premier mixed-use development in the heart of Atlanta.

This is not your traditional Property Manager role. You’ll be the on-site face of a high-profile development featuring luxury residential, retail, hospitality, and community spaces—helping take the property from pre-opening and lease-up through stabilization and long-term operations.

What You’ll Do

• Help prepare the development for opening, occupancy, and lease-up
• Create an exceptional, hospitality-driven resident and tenant experience
• Build relationships with residents, retailers, local businesses, and community partners
• Lead community events, activations, and resident engagement initiatives
• Partner with leasing, facilities, vendors, and ownership
