Are you an experienced property management professional looking for a rewarding leadership role in a bustling community? Colton Creek Apartments in McDonough, GA is seeking a Community Manager to oversee our 500-unit property. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on management, building strong resident relationships, developing a strong leadership team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll oversee ten on-site employees and work directly with residents to create an exceptional living experience.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in budgeting, marketing, and resident engagement.
• Familiarity with OneSite or other property management software, plus Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and operational best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college coursework or ARM/CAM certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• The community is open 7 days per week, so some weekend work may be required throughout the month.
• Willingness to be on-call for resident emergencies.
