Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s upkeep and safety. You will perform electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, respond to resident needs, and collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain the property’s value.

The role requires 2 years of hands-on repair experience, strong communication, and availability for weekend and after-hours emergencies. HVAC certification is preferred, and basic computer literacy is welcomed to track work orders.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with the maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls.
