Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Sonoma Grande Apartments in Tulsa, OK. This hands-on role involves addressing resident service requests, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and performing routine repairs to keep the property well maintained.

You'll work five days with an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies, maintain tools and supplies, and provide professional, courteous service to residents.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining equipment or property.
• Dependable work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Previous apartment maintenance or skilled trade experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
